The first wedding of 2020 and to make it even better it was on a date that we haven’t seen in over 900 years. 02.02.02 – we had the Super Bowl, Groundhog Day and Seth and Erin’s perfect wedding day! The whole week before Seth and Erin’s wedding the weather was quite unpredictable. But Sunday came around, and it couldn’t have been more beautiful weather for February. The sun was shining, and even though there was a bit of wind, we were able to use that gorgeous sunshine and fresh air for all their portraits.
Getting to know more about a couple’s story during their wedding day is one of my favorite things about photographing weddings. Watching people interact and love on each other during this happy day is so much fun. Seth and Erin are so loved by their friends and family. There were over 18 kids at this wedding. 10 kids and 8 babies… normally kids at weddings = chaos, but these little babes were so sweet and well behaved. Erin’s flower girls might have been the cutest little things I’ve ever seen. They loved their “twirly” dresses; the amount of pictures I have of them twirling is a little ridiculous, but I mean, I couldn’t not take pictures of them and their ear to ear smiles.
Seth and Erin have such a sweet, endearing love for one another and others. It makes it so easy to love them. I’m so thankful for the time that we had with them and for the privilege it was to capture their beautiful wedding where they were surrounded by their family and friends! Enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding day!
