These two are already special to me and I’ve known them for less than a year. Frankie works at Lynchburg Fire Department with Zack at Station 3. Station 3 is a mile from our house and I get to hang out with these guys all the time. Abby and I met at Frankie’s Captain’s house in the fall and we hit it off immediately. That, right there, is why I love my job so much.

Abby and Frankie were high school sweethearts! Frankie is a firefighter for Lynchburg, a volunteer firefighter in Blairs, Virginia and he owns his own lawn care business and Abby is a kindergarten teacher in Danville. These two stay busy and are pretty much the sweetest southern couples you’ll ever meet.

Their venue is gorgeous and the weather was perfect for their spring engagement session. I cannot tell you how excited I am to work with this sweet couple and capture all their special memories during their engagement season. Zack and I are SO excited for their December wedding here at Atkinson Farms to celebrate with them and all their family at the Lynchburg Fire Department. It’s going to be gorgeous. Abby and I might even be hoping for some snow!

These two are the perfect fit.Everyone says that Frankie is the youngest, old man they’ve ever met and it’s so true. He’s the cutest little grump ever (haha!). We all love you for it, Frankie. Abby’s sweet, happy spirit balances out Frankie’s southern, all about work attitude; they compliment each other perfectly.  These two are so much fun to be around! I can’t wait for all the celebrations to come! Congratulations, you two!!
